All our skilled tradesmen are employed by the company and specially trained within their field, with Corgi  gas certificates, NIC and EIC electrical certificates provided on the completion of each job.

The FMB first introduced a warranty scheme in 1980 to give small to medium sized builder a comprehensive third party insurance scheme to protect their customers' interests in the case of problems and at the same time enhance the professional status and credibility of the builder offering the scheme.
